The whole order is priced on its total number of pages. You always see the total before you pay.
One price for every page: certificates, bank statements, letters, diplomas.
For example a birth certificate, a marriage certificate and a 3-page bank statement.
A one-page order is charged the minimum, which covers secure payment and processing.

Whatever you upload, this comes with it.
- Your translation in the same layout as the original
- The Diava stamp and a translation note with the date, a reference and a contact for questions
- A check step, so you can correct names and details before your PDF is made
- Each PDF to download, or everything together as a ZIP
- Your files deleted automatically after 7 days, or sooner if you choose
- An automatic refund for any document we can't translate

How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. You pay once for the whole order, and translation starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Prices are set in pounds. In about 150 countries the payment page lets you choose your own currency or pounds. Elsewhere you pay in pounds and your bank converts the amount.
How much does it cost?
£2.99 per page, minimum order £5.98. No packs and no hidden fees: you see the fixed price for the whole order before you pay.
What if something goes wrong?
If we cannot translate a document, you get an automatic refund for it. You can also contact us any time.
